Coming Events
September

We had our first Boot Sale on July 26 2008 and are planning to have one the last Saturday of each month. So come and join us for a fun morning of chitchat and selling (and buying).

David made some EXCELLENT quiches and muffins. He also had coffee, water and juice for sale. Maureen had individual bread loaves (YUMMY) and cookies. They both sold out by 11:00.

Though it was a "tad" warm a great time was had by one and all.

Thanks Mary for a great idea. Word of mouth will  bring in more and more customers and venders every month and soon we will be Crestview's new flea market.

See you on August 30!

The Nursery & Sunday School

Our Vicar reminded us at the annual meeting that the children are one of the most important missions that we have in Epiphany. We desperately need volunteers; grandparents, parents, teens, any persons who are willing to share their time and love of Christ with the kiddies for a short time on Sunday morning. No experience needed.

In order for the Nursery to function we need volunteers to sign up on the sheet in the Parish Hall. If people (Moms, Dads, Grammas, Grandpas, teens) sign up one Sunday from time to time we can give the parents of babies and toddlers a chance to participate fully in the service and yet be reunited with their wee ones for the Eucharist.

Single Friends

If you are single and enjoy activities and group participation contact Phyllis Alles. She co-founded a similar group in New Jersey several years ago. It was started as a group of Episcopal friends and was soon expanded to all Christians in the area.
Activities can range from discussions, game nights, movies, dinner, guest speakers and much more. This is not a dating or mate finding club, but just a convivial group of like-minded friends getting together.
Call Phyllis Alles (689-8580) or talk to her after service with your input and ideas. The group has the support and guidance of the vicar and fills an important role in our community
